About Adventure Life Yoga

As a yoga company with a focus on both yoga classes and retreats, we are ultimately a wellness brand, with a twist. Adventure is at the heart of our work, whether seeking it through internal practices or the external world. Our colors reflect the earth, the sea, and the sunset sky, while our symbolism embodies ocean waves, mountains, the moon and the lotus flower. All of these elements evoke the connection to earth, water, and air, much like our practice. We are centered and playful, spiritual and grounded, brave and comfortable in our bodies and minds.
